Please Note: The maximum number of streams at one time is 10. If you are a large organisation, you will not be able to have more than 10 streams running at one time. In this instance, stop one of the streams and wait 2-3 minutes before trying again. If your organisation requires more than 10 simultaneous streams, please contact us to let us know.
Please be aware that to watch films on Into Film+, you must be in your registered location.

Other Common Issues
Issues Logging In
Please make sure you are logging in with your username and not your email address. If you are asked to log in again when trying to stream a film on the service, we recommend logging out from the site (using the My Account link at the top of the page) and retrying. We're aware of this issue and are working to rectify it. Please also make sure you are using one of the recommended browsers.
